Our Approach
How We Started
I was raised in a military family and almost inevitably, embarked on a military career which would span some 24 years.
After being employed in both warlike and non-warlike operations - I found myself medically discharged as a result of my most recent deployment.
It was while sitting in my room in Kabul in 2010 - it all kind of fell into place. Everything had a purpose when I allowed myself to see God’s hand in what had happened across my life.
I returned to Australia with a vision that would seek to assist my fellow veterans, their families and friends to find meaning in the things they’d experienced. ROAR was born!
